Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) Gold Coast

1st Wave Surfing is now providing Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson sin some great still water locations around the Gold Coast. Our lessons are structured around around basic paddling skills and are a great introduction to the new and very popular sport of SUP.

Our lessons run for 1.5 hours and we will provide all the equipment for you. These lessons are for everyone but are becoming very popular with the ladies groups.

AUGUST SURF LESSONS

Some great weather on the Gold Coast lately has provided the perfect beach setting for all recent learn to surf lessons. We have been running some FUN lessons at the Southport Spit lately, we have had to move our lessons to this location because of the lack of good sand banks at Main Beach. This has been fun for all participants, going on a short surf adventure, strapping the boards to the roof jumping in the van and going to search for waves.

Water temp is hanging around 20 degrees, it's super clear, the winds have been light and the waves have been small.

September school holidays will be upon us soon and we will be running a kids holiday surf camp, plus regular daily lessons, for more info keep checking our website www.firstwavesurfing.com.au
